Workshops - Bookings and Cancellations...
	Bookings           Deposits - A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.           Transfers - Any individuals who have booked and paid a deposit for a workshop who wish to transfer to an alternative course will be subject to an administration fee of £20.00.           Final Payments - The final payment for the workshop is due 6 weeks prior to commencement in the UK and 2 months overseas. If the final payment is not received we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.           If a reservation is made within 6 weeks/2 months of the date of the workshop then we will ask for the full payment at the time of booking.
	Cancellations           Please inform us as soon as possible, in writing, if you are unable to attend a course. The date on which the cancellation is received will determine the charges applicable: 90 days + You will be offered the opportunity to transfer to an alternative course 90-60 days 25% of the cost of the workshop 60-30 days 50% of the cost of the workshop           It will not be possible to refund cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the workshop unless we are able to find a late replacement to fill the cancelled space. We would then be able to offer you a transfer to another workshop.           In view of the above we recommend you take out your own travel insurance when booking.
	Liability           David Noton Photography aims to provide a safe, educational and enjoyable experience. However, we can assume no liability in the unlikely event of any damage to your goods or materials. It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange adequate and appropriate insurance against the risk of loss or damage.
	Cancellations or Changes           David Noton Photography reserves the right to cancel or move any workshops it advertises. This would only be done in the event of extreme circumstances beyond our control - Arrangements would be made to move the workshop to another date. However if it was not possible for you to attend, then a full refund will be made for the cost of the workshop.
