Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling PAYMENT

All Prices are stated in £Sterling (GBP), postage and packaging is additional. Our secure online payment system 'Sage Pay' accepts Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Solo cards. We never see or have access to any payment card details - all payment transactions are handled by Sage Pay who deal directly with the world banking systems. We charge for all orders at the time-of-purchase and will advise you if we cannot supply according to availability. We will always refund your card if we're unable to supply the merchandise you order. In placing an Order you undertake to us that all details provided to us for the purpose of the Order and its delivery will be correct. If you should wrongfully fail to sign-for and take delivery of your merchandise, we shall be under no obligation to refund the purchase price.

VAT

VAT is charged on most goods and services (books excluded) within the European Union and there is a VAT charge on postage and packing where it has been applied to your order.

Orders outside the EU: VAT is not charged on orders with destinations outside the European Union.

STOCK AND AVAILABILITY

While we do our best to maintain availability of stock, products may go out of stock from time to time and are offered subject to availability. We will advise you of any considerable delay and you will be given the opportunity to request a full refund.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please note that currently David's DVD and Book are being shipped from separate locations and as such we are unable to combine these items into one package and one delivery charge. We realise that the delivery cost for the Book in particular is high but our hands are tied by the post office service. We make no profit from delivery charges.

CUSTOMS

For international shipments outside the EU, we are obliged to complete a Customs Declaration which is then affixed to your package stating the value of the goods within. Additional customs charges may be levied when the package reaches your country and must be borne by you. Please be aware that some packages may be opened and inspected by customs officials on entering your country.

LOST/MISSING SHIPMENTS

If in the unlikely event your order does not arrive in a timely fashion, please check whether you have received a calling card from our carriers as you may not have been at home when delivery was attempted - note that our packages do require a signature on receipt. Failing that, please contact us quoting your order number and we will attempt to trace your order for you.

We follow strict guidelines set down by the Data Protection Act 1998 and because of this, may require proof of your identity before disclosing sensitive information to you. Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

You must inform us as quickly as possible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
